As a Fabric Sourcing Merchandiser at Busana Apparel, you will be at the forefront of our procurement efforts. You will work closely with our design and production teams to identify fabric requirements, evaluate supplier capabilities, and negotiate contracts. Your daily tasks will include sourcing fabrics from both local and international suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring that our production schedules are met. - Sourcing high-quality fabrics from both local and international suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers

- Working closely with design and production teams to identify fabric requirements
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new fabric opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric sourcing or procurement
- Proven track record of successful fabric sourcing and supplier negotiations
- Strong knowledge of textile industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
