📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular cost control reviews to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 crew members, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor crew performance and productivity, implementing measures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement operational strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities and cost controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, cost control, or crew supervision in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and cost savings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of operational management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
