📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers and brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with corporate goals and drive sales performance.
• Conduct market research and analyze data using tools like Salesforce and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels across all locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising and brand ambassador roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in the consumer products industry is a plus.
