📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage key export accounts and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
• Coordinate and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with export regulations and standards.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance export performance and profitability.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on export operations and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline export processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in export management and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export management, logistics, or a related role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
