• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial financing branch, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
• Ensure that all commercial financing operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the financial sector, with a focus on commercial financing.
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
