📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including scheduling staff, monitoring sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet company standards.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment is required.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
