📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of French and Italian dishes.,Ensure the quality and consistency of our dishes by following standard operating procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure the efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in French and Italian cuisine.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
