📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities
  • Ensuring that all construction work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Managing and motivating a team of construction workers
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site
  • Ensuring that all construction work is completed to the highest standards of quality
  • Keeping accurate records of all construction activities and materials used
  • Ensuring that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
