Neuron Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Lead Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centre facilities and managing critical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. The salary range for this position is IDR 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 per annum.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the data centre, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.,Manage and coordinate the work of the engineering team, including scheduling shifts and ensuring staff are properly trained.,Monitor and maintain all critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with industry standards.,Respond to and resolve any technical issues or emergencies that arise during shift operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical and operational activities.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and maintenance activities for regulatory and internal review purposes.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations or facility management.,Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.,Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.,Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as ITIL, PUE, or LEED, are a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures for data centre operations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
