📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in Bali.,Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.,Ensure all properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.,Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to attract and secure new tenants.,Monitor and analyze financial performance of the properties.,Lead and mentor a team of property management staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a high-end or luxury property setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing property management in Bali.,Experience with property marketing and leasing is a plus.
