📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required.
