📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service in the dining area if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Professional Chef or Cook in a similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
