📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production team and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage production schedules and resources to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production quality and ensure that products meet quality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure that safety standards are met and that the production environment is safe for all employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with production standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to the production team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Report on production progress and performance to management.
