📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver Mandarin language lessons for children aged 2-6 years, incorporating interactive activities, games, and storytelling.
• Create and maintain lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and the national curriculum for Mandarin.
• Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers to support their child's language development.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a well-rounded and holistic learning experience for the children.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for the children.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about the children's progress and any important updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Teaching, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching Mandarin to young children.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
