📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.,Ensure high-quality food production and presentation.,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership kitchen role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
