In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a high-quality dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and electronic payments.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to both staff and customers.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile daily deposits.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing cashiering operations and ensuring accurate transactions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.,High school diploma or equivalent.
