📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services.,Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our applications.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development.,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.,Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Express.,Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
