📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing events and promotions.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and equipment.,Assist in training and supervising part-time staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor and record daily sales and expenses.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
