Net Bright Jaya is looking for a talented and dedicated IT Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and manage IT security to protect our data and systems.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.,Provide training and guidance to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
