📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness in the assigned area.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and dining teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all supplies are adequate and well-organized.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in luxury resorts or hotels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of relevant hospitality software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.
