📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the Learning and Development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
