📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth distribution processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.,Provide support to the Distribution Officer in strategic planning and decision-making.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution operations and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and distribution management tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational targets and improving efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges is a plus.
