📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
• Manage customer interactions using Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, and use this information to improve our services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and clean driving record.
