📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engagement.,Support the marketing manager in organizing and executing events and promotions.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
