📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and contract management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the procurement industry.,Oversee the procurement of medical equipment, supplies, and services to support our healthcare technology solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our procurement processes.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of our sourcing and compliance initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure that our procurement processes are always aligned with our business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and compliance.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards.,Experience with procurement software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
