Den Gate Unggul is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and select the best candidates. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to ensure visibility and attract the right candidates.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
