📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Provide feedback and guidance to interviewers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
