📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to support the overall business goals.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and experience in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
