📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage tax compliance and ensure accurate tax filings and payments.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure adherence to budgetary targets.
• Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
