ZENIX Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Staff Accounting to join our team in Jimbaran. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Participate in the training and development of new accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
